The floor is made of larch and the boiseries of fir, both natural. A special touch of warmth and comfort is given by the precious majolica stove painted in yellow and blue, hand-decorated with the symbols of the rooms.

All have north-west exposure, with two large balconies; one of them facing north and the other one facing west, warmed by the sun in the afternoon and with a view of the cable car and the Spinale slope, part of the town and the mountains of Pancugolo and Pradalago.
